Signing in to your Ted dashboard

Your Ted dashboard is where you see your leads and update your website. It lives at ted.airea.co.nz/console. There are no passwords: you sign in with a link we email you, or with your Google or Microsoft account.

Sign in with an emailed link

1. Go to ted.airea.co.nz/console. You will see Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Type the email address you signed up with into Email address.
3. Press Email me a sign-in link.
4. Open the email from Ted and tap the link. The link works for 20 minutes.
5. The page says Open your dashboard. Press Open my dashboard to finish signing in.

The last step is a button on purpose. Some email systems open links to scan them, and the button stops a scanner from using up your link.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

On the sign-in page, press Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. This only works when that Google or Microsoft account uses the same email address as your Ted account. If it doesn't, you will see "That account isn't linked to a Ted website". Use the emailed link instead.

Sign-in problems and what they mean

• "That sign-in link has expired or been used." Links last 20 minutes and work once. Enter your email again for a new one.
• No email arrived. Check your spam or junk folder. For privacy the page always says a link is on its way, even when the email address isn't on a Ted account, so check you typed the address you signed up with.
• "Too many sign-in requests." Wait a few minutes and try again.
• "No Ted website on this email". You are signed in, but that email has no active Ted website. Press Sign in with another email and use the one you signed up with. If your site is still being set up, we email you when your dashboard is ready.
• "Your sign-in has expired." The dashboard takes you back to the sign-in page. Sign in again.

Signing out

Press Sign out at the top right of the dashboard. If you have unsaved changes on the Settings or Reviews tab, Ted asks first: Stay and save keeps you on the page, Sign out anyway drops the changes.
