Account tab: plan, billing and cancelling

The Account tab shows your plan, your billing, the pages on your website and how to cancel.

Your plan

The Your plan panel lists:

• Business and Plan (billed monthly or billed yearly).
• Website: your website status. See website status labels.
• Domain: your website address, once it's set up.
• Six-month minimum term ends: the date your minimum term finishes.

Billing and invoices

Press Billing and invoices to open your secure billing page, run by our payment provider Stripe. There you can update your card, see past payments and download invoices.

If it says billing isn't set up for your account yet and you are in a free period, we email you before any payment is due. Otherwise contact us and we will sort it.

Your pages

The Your pages panel lists every page on your website. Tap one to open it in a new tab.

Cancel your plan

Plans have a six-month minimum term, and you can cancel once it ends. To cancel, add a Reason if you like, press Request cancellation, then confirm. Press Keep my plan to back out.

• After the minimum term, your plan ends at the end of the current billing period and doesn't renew.
• Inside the minimum term, the dashboard tells you it can't be cancelled yet. Contact us if you need help.
