Photos tab: recent jobs, logo and top photo
The Photos tab holds the photos on your website: your recent jobs, your logo, your photo and the wide photo at the top of your site. Photos save as soon as you add them. There is no save button on this tab.
Add a recent job
- In the Recent jobs panel, press Add a job (or Add your first job if you have none yet).
- Choose a photo of the finished work. It uploads and appears as a new job card.
- Got a before photo? On that job's card, tap Add before photo. With both photos your website shows a before and after slider. The before photo is optional.
You can keep adding jobs. Your home page shows four of them, and the Recent jobs page on your website shows them all.
Change or remove a job photo
- To swap a photo, press the bin button on it to remove it, then tap the empty tile to add the new one.
- A card marked Needs the finished photo has no finished photo yet. Add one or the job won't show on your website.
- To remove a whole job, press the bin button under its photos and confirm Remove job. Both its photos are deleted.
Make an image for social media
- On a job card, press Image for social.
- Choose Post (4:5) for an Instagram or Facebook post, or Story (9:16) for a story.
- Press Download image. You get a high-resolution picture with your before and after (or the finished photo) and your business name.
Your logo
Your logo shows in the menu bar at the top of your website. In the Your logo panel there are two spots:
- Dark or colour logo, for the white menu bar.
- White logo, for over the top photo.
One is enough: we use it in both places. A PNG with a see-through background works best. To show only your logo in the menu bar, without your business name, choose Logo only under Menu bar on the Settings tab.
Your photo and top photo
- Your photo appears in the Meet the tradie section of your website.
- Top photo is the wide photo at the top of your website.
Until you add them, your website uses a stock work photo. Yours replaces it as soon as you upload.
After you add your photo, a frame called How your photo is cropped appears. Tap or drag onto your face so it stays in view, then press Save photo position.
