Ted dashboard help
Ted dashboard overview
After you sign in you land on your dashboard. The top shows your business, your website's status and four numbers. Below that are five tabs: Leads, Photos, Reviews, Settings and Account.
The top of the dashboard
- Your business name, with your website status, your plan and your main suburb.
- Open your website opens your live website in a new tab. It shows once your site is live.
- Help opens the help guide for the tab you are on.
- Sign out signs you out of the dashboard.
Website status labels
- Being built: we are building your website. Nothing for you to do yet.
- Ready for you to check: your website is ready for you to look over before it goes live.
- Ready to go live: approved and waiting to be switched on.
- Live: your website is public.
- Offline: your website has been taken down.
If the label turns red, a payment hasn't gone through. Update your card with Billing and invoices on the Account tab.
Until your site is live, anything you save in the dashboard is kept and appears on your website once it goes live.
The four numbers
- Website visits: pages viewed on your website in the last 30 days.
- Visitors: different people who visited in the last 30 days.
- New leads: quote requests from your website in the last 30 days.
- Contact taps: taps on your call, quote, email, WhatsApp and chat buttons in the last 30 days.
The five tabs
- Leads: quote requests from your website, and the box to ask Ted for a change.
- Photos: your recent jobs, logo, your photo and the top photo.
- Reviews: ask customers for Google reviews and choose the reviews your site shows.
- Settings: business details, links, colours and the wording on your website.
- Account: your plan, billing, your pages and cancelling.
On a computer or tablet the tabs run across the page. On a phone they sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen. The Leads tab shows how many leads you have.
Changes you make on Settings and Reviews stay while you switch tabs, but they are only kept once you press Save changes. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, your browser asks first.
